What's the difference, golden vanilla and french vanilla.Thanks Caixa icon_wink.gif

Good question... I'm not sure, I've seen the golden vanilla but haven't used it. I use the french vanilla all the time though.

I prefer the golden vanilla. It seems to have a richer flavor IMO

I've tried them both just to answer that guestion.
The golden vanilla had a richer flavor to me also, the french reminded me of coffeemate and it seemed a bit dry to me.

I also really like the Golden Vanilla. I am a Duncan Hines person, but the BC Golden Vanilla is the one BC mix I really like and pick it up every chance I get (not all the stores in my area carry it). French Vanilla has a very distinct taste, more of a "flowery" taste. The Golden Vanilla is a buttery vanilla taste.

I use the golden vanilla in almost all of my cakes.
