I was just wondering at what point are you supposed to put a stick into the cookie? I would like to make cookies on sticks, but just dont know when to do it .. is it before they go in the oven, or right after they come out? thanks for any help!

I haven't made them on sticks but I've read right as they come out in my recipes. I think you can do both ways as long as the sticks don't burn up.

I have never done them but my daughter makes cookies on a stick all the time - she puts the sticks in the cookies before she bakes them - hope this helps

I put mine in before I bake. You can put them in when the cookies come out of the oven, but you have to be quick about it, to get them all in before the cookies start to set up, so they don't crack.

I'm usually doing several things at once, and I'm sure if I waited, I'd be in the middle of something else and I'd forget to put the sticks in at all, LOL!
