the templates I've made and posted:
>started in MS Publisher (export as .jpg)
>cleaned up using Paint (open Publisher .jpg export image as bitmap and erase unnecessary lines)
>finished in Photo Editor (paste in Paint image, crop and resize and then save as a .jpg again)
