I haven't been able to bake for 3 weeks because of a nasty case of vertigo. I'm so frustrated but just bending over is like being in a fun house without the fun. Don't mean to whine, but I know you all will understand.

That's horrible!!!! icon_sad.gif Do you know the cause of it? It can be so scary when it happens!! icon_eek.gif

I went through the same type of thing a couple of years ago. It turned out that I had a pinched nerve in my upper back - neck area. I went to a chiropractor (which I truly did not believe would work) and within a few weeks it stopped completely. Now I go to a gym regularly and work out those muscles, so I don't have a problem anymore.

I hope you find the cause and get a cure real soon!!!
