Yesterday I completed a wedding cake that is to be delivered to the client tomorrow. The cake is covered in fondant with fondant flowers and bow. Everything dried well and the cake looked great however today it is raining and now everthing is soft and the bow is dropping. I have to deliver the cake tomorrow but the wedding isn't until saturday (the cake will be travelling) Is there anything I can do to fix the droppy bow? It is already attached to the cake and the cake is completely finished? Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Sherry

Gosh, I can't think of anything, except maybe plastic wrap in the loops to hold them up????

Here's a bump to help you out...

I sometimes ball up aluminum foil and put in the bow loops until you deliver the cake!

I use the stuff you make pillows out of, cotton stuffing, to keep shape till the fondant dries.

Thanks everyone for your help. Right now I have some paper towels stuffed in the loops to keep them up. I guess I will just tell my client to leave them in there until they are ready to set up the cake. Other than that I think it turned out pretty good. It is my first fondant wedding cake. I had a little bit of creasing at the bottom but I guess that just improves with practice. It wasn't anything a little creative decorating couldn't hide.
