Of course watching 30 minutes of TV a week probably doesn't justify the bill. 
I have to wait until I get home to watch it. I can't wait!
I have to tell everybody this. I watched the show right before I went to bed last night. So I have this nightmare...I made a huge wedding cake for a friend's wedding that I am attending (like the cake they made for the girl that worked there). So I make the cake, set it up at the reception location and attend the wedding. At the reception, no one knows that I am the one that made the cake. So my freinds cut the cake and everyone starts eating it. Everyone HATES the cake. They are all complaining that it tastes terrible. And I just remember in my dream feeling really sad and saying to someone "They all hate my cake."

Geof seems to be coming out of his shell a little which is good.
Can't believe they have a 12 year old intern.
Cakes:
Shari didn't want an "extreme" cake, just pretty - no smoke and mirrors and definitely no explosions.
I couldn't believe how big that Titanic cake was - I have trouble covering an 8" in fondant - but I guess that's why I don't have a show on Food network huh? Maybe the F.N. should create a show with a bunch of "newbies" who don't really know WTF they're doing - struggle through the decorating proccess and then about 1/2 way through they bring out a guest decorator to point out all the problems and how to solve them.

Or maybe the guest expert could give the newbies a 101 and then just leave them to put it all together for a random customer?? Of course they live together in one house for whatever specified amount of time. They have to do individual cakes, and the winner (chosen by none other than Mike McCarey) gets the $$$$. It could be the next "Big Brother." 
(I know, I have too much time on my hands.

I love Ace of Cakes too. I just wondered what happened to Richard? Did they replace him with that new guy that makes the bases? I hope not. I really liked Richard.

Did anybody notice them setting up the cake at Sherri's reception hall? They were carrying in each piece holding it by the sides! I was so surprised at that sort of handling!
