I am taking a sheetcake to a family picnic Sat. at noon. Would it be to early to decorate it tonight? It is a 2 in torted and I am going to use Raspberry sleeve filling. Would it make my cake to soggy with the torting?

You can decorate it tonight. Before you spread the filling, put a crumbcoat of buttercream on the cake. It will help prevent the cake from soaking up the filling.
