So I have been reading up on Sweetex. And it basically has trans fats because it has mon-diglycerides wich are hydogenated. So my question is how do we know it is not going to be changed too? I do not want to get use to using hi-ratio shortening and then have it it go away too.

Good question. I'm hoping that because it's not a grocery-store item it wouldn't get changed.
