The 10" pan will take one cake mix per layer. The 6" is about 1/2 cake mix and the 14" should take about 1-1/2. So, if you are just making one layer in each size, you should be able to do it in about 3 mixes. Obviously, if you want to make two layers of each size, you would need around 6 mixes.
I only ever get about 4.25 cups of batter from a box mix. According to the 2 inch pan chart from baking911.com, 1 layer 6" takes 2 cups, 1 layer 10" takes 6 cups and 1 layer 14" takes 10 cups. If you are using only 1 flavor for all it appears it will take approx. 4.24 mixes or rounding up 5 mixes.

According to the Wilton chart,
http://www.wilton.com/cake/cakeprep/baking/times/party_2inch.cfm
you need:
14" = 10 cups batter
10" = 6 cups batter
6" = 2 cups batter

Agree with these numbers except I use 2 mixes for the 14". I use Betty Crocker mixes.
