How Do You Keep Lint Away From Your Fondant?

Make sure that when you are going to be using fondant to not use a hand towel to dry your hands or to wipe down your countertop. I always had problems with lint until I started using paper towels (or you can get the flour sack towels which don't leave any little fuzzies.)
Are you mixing the color into the hot marshmallow or are you kneading it in at the end? If you are kneading it, I would try mixing it into the hot marshmallow; I don't see how lint would still get into it because it's still in the bowl and you aren't using your hands.
HTH!
Also a good idea when working w/ the fondant is to use decorator gloves.
I use paper towels to dry hands and always wear white when working with fondant. It seems to help.
