What exactly is the difference in using cake flour or a/p flour in the crusting buttercream recipe? I'm not sure where to get the cake flour and I always have a/p flour in the cupboard, can I use that instead?

If you use the AP flour in the crusting buttercream recipe it will work just fine. That's what I always use in mine and have had no problems with it. thumbs_up.gif
