What do you use for the belly button on the pregnant belly cake? I searched but couldn't find an answer.

would that be an "innie" or an "outtie" - maybe half a jelly bean or mini marshmallow if it's an outtie...

For an innie, I just stuck my index finger down into the icing.

for my belly cake, I made an outie, and all I did was take apiece of fondant, and rolled it into a ball, slightly larger than pea size, and just layed in on the cake before I covered it with the fondant dress.
