Ok I'm not sure if this is edible image or not... but it totally could be! You could use any type flower... the ideas are starting to flow!

Yep...brushed embroidery it looks like....but you could make it an edible image....couldn't you???
I wish I had one of those printers..boy what you can do with them...
I love that look peacock..

That would be very cool if you could figure a way to do that look with the printer - post pics if you do it!!

You wouldn't really need the printer to do that. Just outline a flower on wafer paper, with a colored piping gel and then use a brush on it to make it look like brushed embroidery, cut it out and lay it on the cake! Same idea as the butterfly technique that is described in the article section of this website!

That is really beautiful! I've seen edible images turning up on wedding cakes everywhere.

I wish the picture had turned out clearer.... I'm sure it probably is brush embroidery, but in the good picture everything is sharp and crisp, like an edible image would be. I just think that it would be an easy way to cheat!
