Hey everyone!How many servings does the Wilton Cross pan yield? How about the book pan?Thanks!Caroline
The cross pan is a 1 mix pan so it yeilds 12 servings. The book is a 12-24 depending on what size you have, I don't know if they currently make them now but they have made 2 mix books.
