I have made MMF but mine is always so sticky and the more powder sugar I add the dryer it is and it's still sticky! I just purchased Penttinice fondant for my recent cake (gift box in my pics) and loved it. It was easy to work with and tastes great (if you like fondant). I think I will stick with purchasing my fondant.

I recently made the MMF from the recipe here on CC and it was wonderful. I'm not a good roller so hadn't tried making anything before except some small figueres with Wilton Fondant (it tastes terrible). The MMF was easy to work with and tastes great. Am making figures with it to have on nieces swimming pool cake. Thanks to CC I am expanding by boundries and hope to learn scanning and uploading next so I can submit pictures.
