I just bought the Creme Bouquet flavoring, and it smells WONDERFUL!!!! What are the uses for this? Can I put it in NFSC instead of Almond extract? And for other things, cakes and such, do I just replace the extract with this?

Any help is appreciated!

Yes, You can replace it for your almond flavoring. It may be use in cakes, icing, cookies, etc. And yes it has a lovely smell!!
