Hi,its me again.I have noticed that a there are a number of members from the U.K.I am trying to make a shortbread cookie crust.I cannot afford to buy it form the store. It cost about $3 thumbsdown.gif a box of cookie .My sis icon_rolleyes.gif came to visit from scotland (the land of shortbread) and made it with such ease. But alas she does not have a recipe she claims "she can fill it when the butter to flour ratio is right".My cookies either melt in the pan (too much butter) or are too hard(too much flour).I need help icon_cry.gif
I also need the ideal temp to bake it( i have a crazy oven).
Thanks guys icon_biggrin.gif .
