how about a cake that is oval shape like a race track, you can make a couple of horses out of cookies on a stick or just gum paste and put them like they are in a race. don't forget to make a finish line. oh yeah, make the railings of the track out of stick pretzels. i tried to attach a picture of my 1st race track cake, this is a very primative cake i once did. if you don't get the picture and would like to see it, i'll email it to you. good luck ![]()
