Once you check in the hotel and unload luggage...you can go to sign-in for the convention if you have already pre-registered on the ICES website. Or you can register on-site.

Sorry, forgot the exact questions...when you sign-in, they will give you your tickets/schedule. You will receive a nice bag to tote all your stuff along with a neck badge that will hold all your class tickets...
When you signed up on the ICES website you should have gotten a list of the demo's you picked in an email.
If you are interested in the different times different things happen there is usually a tentative schedule on the website as well.
And as Mac said when you sign in at the convention, they will give you your demo tickets as well as other information. You will also get a ticket to pick up your hospitalty bag filled with some goodies.
