was wondering what is the best way to score a sheet cake for cutting?

My mother used to use dental floss. That always seemed to work well for her.

Wilton has a platic sheet that you lay across the cake and it scores the cake for you.

J just use one of my spatulas. I divide evenly so all I'm doing is marking in halves(hope that makes sense). I just use enough pressure to mark the icing without going all the way to the cake.
