30Th Birthday And Announcing Pregnancy?

i recently did a 30th birthday cake that was a newspaper. the headline said 'local man turns 30' with a picture of him as a toddler. (its in my photos)
i also had a few smaller headlines pertaining to age and turning 30.
you could do something similar and also announce their pregnancy or imply that they are pregnant (depending on how they want it done) in the smaller headlines.
maybe something like;
' Stork to visit *Smith* Family in April '
you could really have fun with it.
I like the newspaper idea, but the cake would have to be hidden until candle time, or the surprise will be blown!
