How To Get A Deep Burgundy Color Buttercream Icing!

I tried using the Wilton color paste for burgundy, but it looked more purple to me. Will someone please tell me how to get a deeper burgundy color. icon_cry.gif

I haven't had any luck either so I'll give you a bump to see if someone else has the answer.

I would add red and brown. I don't have a color
chart. DOn't forget, when it dries, it gets darker.
I find the americolors are the best for colors. you
have to play with it.

I did it! I started with chocolate icing and then added my coloring to that. I ended up with some nice fall colors. Whenever I want darker colors I add a little bit of chocolate icing to it, or I start with chocolate. Works every time!
