One of the most successful Canadian bands over the decades- some real quality classic rock.
For those of you who dont recognize the name, some of their biggest numbers were 'Raise a little hell', 'We're here for a good time (not a long time)', '3 dressed up as a 9', 'Boys in the bright white sports car'. 'two for the show'.
OMG what a great show- I've been listening to them since I was a toddler (weird I know lol but that comes from having older siblings) and they signed autographs afterwards and I got to talk to all the members, some of them new(er). Very COOL people. (And all of them are from around this area 
I'm only mentioning this all because Canadians always seem to get a bad rap for pumping out shitty musicians lol (well people make jokes about Celine Dion etc). Well everyone has preferences. Nothing wrong with Canadian artists IMO
You're right, there is nothing wrong with Canadian artists. Being from right across the border, I have seen many a show in Toronto at the Warehouse or the CNE.
It is true though, you get the reputation of being "super nice" and a little white bread. Too bad I know too many Canadians!!! Plus I worked Retail. (where the $$ was ALMIGHTY!!)
