Hello!
Can Rolled Buttercream be made with butter instead of shortening?

That's a good question-I have only used shortening....

Well, I'm not positive, but I know you can make rolled buttercream with actual buttercream so I would think yes. But, I've never tried it.

I am also guessing yes since you have the ability to make BC with butter and not only shortening..... by the way anamado, I LOVE your avatar!

Here in Portugal we have no shortening.
I guess I'll try with a short batch
