I've always heard that you crave things that your body needs...but this is an odd one!
My tuna casserole is super simple, I use a family size foil packet of tuna, family size can of cream of mushroom soup, and about half a bag of wide egg noodles. Cook noodles, then mix everything up in a casserole with salt and pepper. Crush some saltine crackers on top, dot with butter, then bake at 350 until bubbly. You can add some peas, but I don't like them, so I leave them out. icon_smile.gif

Are you sure your not pregnant! lol! I to think it's probably something your body is lacking. For the last week I have been craving oranges, and wal-mart has been out. I know I'm not pregnant cause I had everything removed last year. But we don't eat tuna in my house my 6 and 4 year old can't stand the smell and my husband well I won't repeat what he says about the smell but use your imagination. I like it myself, so the one
shelbur10 sounds good.

sounds like you are just missing something in your diet that the tuna has. I get that way every now and then with sweets. We don't eat a lot but about every 2-3 months there is like 2 weeks where that is all I want. you would think my body wouldn't mind not having all the nasty sugar and enjoy the natural sugar i eat, but who knows. Sometimes it is salty stuff... just listen to your body though it tells you what it needs.

i wish I could help with the tuna casserole thing I love tuna, but my Bf doesn't like it and can't stand the smell so I usually only mix it up for sandwhiches at lunch.

I do have to say though one of my favorite things with tuna is to mix the tuna up with miracle whip like I am making it for sandwhiches, then make a box of macaroni and cheese and mix the tuna in to the mac n cheese... hmm.... ok now I am hungry for it even though I just ate.
