Okay, I'm new to baking and I'm at a friend's house who wants tp bake a cake, and she only has a springform cake pan. Can you bake a cake in these? Sorry for such a question icon_redface.gif I just don't know. Thanks in advance. icon_biggrin.gif

Yes you can bake in the springform pans. I think they are normally used for angel food cake but i use them for baking cakes regularly.
