I'm wondering how many servings would come from the Wilton Horseshoe pan. I'm stacking it on top of a 1/2 sheet. I can't find serving info for that pan on the Wilton site. Do you know?

well it is a one cake mix pan -- so a least 12 or so -- depending upon the appetite of the guests.

I would say 15-20 depending on how big you slice it. If you cut around 3/4" slices as you go up the horseshoe it gets wider, you could probably cut the widest part and make 2 pieces out of it. And of course you have to consider is this for a wedding, grooms cake or just a birthday, your slices might vary some.
