I buy my fondant in 15 lb batches from Pheil and Holing but for 2 containers it costs me almost $100 because of freight and shipping. I love the kind, it is pettinice satin rolled fondant, but its getting very pricey and I seem to use it up very quickly. I may be just naive in the pricing of fondant, but does anyone know or want to tell me where they get theres and how much and how is the quality? I live in PA and there arent any supply stores around so I have to have it shipped. Any help would be great!!

i also get the pettinice too. i get it at a local bakig store here in Jamaica.

i know that you can get it online. here is a good website.

in the end you still need to price your cakes to cover the cost of your stuff..if you dont you will lose. no one wants to lose.
