I had someone request a fall bridal shower cake. The mom wants it covered in mocha icing, which would mean that a white background is out of the question.

Does anyone have any idea (or pictures would be great) of a fall-themed cake that is NOT a white-iced cake?

Thanks!!

txkat...

That cat is beautiful!!!!

The only problem is that they asked for "elegant".. and I don't think they want flowers all over it.

I'm at loss... but we'll see what happens. If anyone else has any more suggestions, I'm open to it.

(I just hate when people don't give me SPECIFICS about what they want!)

You could do scrolls in fall colors, maybe just a few fall leaves.

What about a cake with Tan colored icing with different shades of orange fondant roses . Oh I bet that would be beautiful icon_smile.gif
