OK--this is such a stupid question. I have the plain Pastry Pride and I want to make chocolate. I'm chicken to just try adding things; I'm just too new to be that brave icon_redface.gif . Do I just add unsweetened cocoa and vanilla or baking chocolate (melted)?

Please help! I'd like to take this cake to my grandma's tomorrow so she can try it and see if it is what she wants for my grandpa's surprise 80th birthday party.

Thanks! I can always count on great suggestions from you all!!

this is probably too late... but i think you can flavor it just like you would for chocolate whipped cream. there's a recipe on this site.

A friend of mine talked me into picking up some Pastry Pride (I don't care for the flavor or texture myself). I was wondering the best way to flavor it. I've had it with sleeve fillings mixed in and I think the texture is kinda wierd. Does anyone have any way to "doctor" this stuff? I was thinking of putting some melted white chocolate in it...
