I was wondering if anyone knows the best way and knife to use when cutting these cookies. I always have a hard time and the chocolate cracks on top.

Thanks

I line my pan with wax paper so that I can pull them out of the pan. I cut them using the crinkle cutter from pampered chef.

They are tough. I spray the pam, make s sling w/ parchment or aluminum foil, spray it, then use my chef's knife (spray it, too) after they are good and cool.
