HI All!!! I am in need of a white chocolate buttercream recipe. I want to ice the cake with it, and do the reverse shell border. Anyone have a good one. This cake is for my hubby and he just LOVES white chocolate!!!! Thanks soooo much!!

I just added 6oz. of melted white chocolate to my regular buttercream recipe (2/3 butter, 1/3 shortening) and it worked out great.

there are a few on this site

simple light and fluffy buttercream and not sweet

8 oz white chocolate
12 oz (3/4 lb) unsalted butter
4 large egg whites
4 oz sugar

melt chocolate--set a side to cool
whip butter until light and fluffy--should turn white, tansfer to large bowl
whisk egg whites and sugar over a hot water bath until sugar is dissolved, transfer to mixing bowl and whip until stiff peaks form
fold melted cooled chocolate into butter then fold in the egg whites

That's what I do too. You can do that with a cream cheese frosting too that is really good.
