I'm fixing to make my first CCC tonight..what's the best depth to fill the cups to get the best leveled cupcakes to do this?

Any tips and suggestions will be appreciated on doing CCC's icon_wink.gif

As to the original poster, sorry, I can't help. Here's a bump to the top though.

We have them at the grocery I work at,I imagine they use stiff icing and a big spat. icon_rolleyes.gif

Usually you if you fill the cupcakes a little less than 2/3 you will get them even. If you have some that are too high, you can put a paper towel on them then put a cookie sheet with something heavy on it for a few minutes to even them out.

I haven't used the icing tip. I think its better to use the icing tip, especially if you have uneven cupcakes.

There is a great tutorial on that someone posted a while back. Im sorry I forgot who the author is. Try searching for ccc tutorial.
