Does Anyone Know...is Buttercream Dream Supposed To Crust?

i just frosted with my first batch of butter cream dream and i love the way it frost and the way it taste...but im wondering if it is supposed to be crusting or not.
also i was wondering if this icing worked well for piping decorations or if it was better for just frosting.

what exactly is buttercream dream icing?

I just finished a cake using it and it crusts well. You can pop it in the fridge for a few minutes which helps!
The icing does crust and you can use it for decorations and roses. For roses, just add less milk.
