Angel Food Cake ?

Besides the traditional and loaf pans, has anyone used or know if you can use any other pans? Will they be too shallow for the batter to climb?

I just baked an angel food in a heart pan last week to check the same thing. It came out perfect. (I did not grease and flour pan).

I've made cupcakes out of it. They turned out just fine. I tried it with plain cupcake papers and the foil papers and both turned out great. I just filled them a little more than you usually would. HTH.
