Does anyone have a good recipe for raspberry mousse...I'm hoping someone would be willing to share...I want to be able to use it as a filling so I'm hoping it would be creamy, smooth, and slightly thick.

I use a recipe with whipped cream in it, really nice, smooth and fruity taste.

300 grammes (about 11 ounces) of raspberries
2 and 1/4 cups of whipped cream (not whipped yet)
5 gelatine leaves (I don't know how much powder but just look at the amount of fluid you have from the raspberry-puree and the cream)
3 ounces of sugar (about 80 grammes=

Put the raspberries in the blender till it is a puree. Heat them with the sugar in it and dissolve the gelatine in it (the leaves we have here you have to let them soak for about 10 minutes first in cold water). Let is cool for a bit.
Whip the cream with a packet of vanilla sugar and add the raspberry filling to it, fold all together well.
Leave it in the fridge for at least 3 hours to stabilize.

Good luck with your cake!
