According to my spreadsheet $85.

I'm attaching the spreadsheet so you can make your own adjustments.

I would say $60-$70. I know that sounds like a lot but for all that cake and filling and then you have the fondant covering the cake and the baby!

BTW! The cake is just too cute!

Just for clarification purposes... that was alicegop's spreadsheet, not mine... so if there are any questions... ask her... she's the math wiz!

thank you all for all your help, since i made the mistake of saying four layers (i meant two cakes that i torted and then got four layers, lol) I told her 35.00 or 42.00 for it to be delivered, and she told me I was crazy and that she was going to Albertson's (boo) But I do want to thank you all for your help once again!

She told you that you were crazy? I don't think that was a bad price at all - too low probably, but not too high.

She's nuts AND rude! A simple no thank you would have been fine. Let her go to Albertson's and her cake will NOT be as good or as fresh as yours would have been!

It would be at leasy $60 from me, Albertson's will not give her fondant and a hand made baby on top.

Whose siggy says "Good cakes aren't cheap and cheap cakes aren't good!"

I'm fairly new at this too, and for a simple decorated cake of that size I charge $30-35, so I probably would have charged $40 including the baby. Stay firm and confident in your prices and people will start to pay it.

oops, I didn't realize it was fondant! (I didn't click on the actual pic to see it blown up) That's another $10 at least!

Did she actually say you're crazy? OMG, what a rude person! If I thought something was too expensive (which this WASN'T), I would find a nicer way to tell someone.
