this show was my super favorite and it totally dissapeared! now its on and im sooooo happy!!!
its on food network. its a cake/pastry show. i dont know if youve ever heard of gale gand. she was like the original pastry show on food network like 6 years ago or so, i never knew it came on because i usually work on fridays.

Yep, it's been on at 10:00 AM EST on Fridays for about 6 months or so now. I love that show! I Tivo it every Friday!! 
Gale Gand is one of my favorites. I have two of her cookbooks and everything I bake out of them comes out awesome. "butter sugar flour eggs" is one of them (great recipes for blueberry muffins, apple spice cakes, and maple glazed angel food cake) and the other is "Just a Bite".

I love Gale Gand, too! I would love to meet her ... she seems so nice and down to earth. Both of those books are on my Amazon.com wish list!! I can't wait to get them!
Thanks for that information. In the past year, Food Network has moved this program's time so often that I could never find it. One of the reasons why I do not watch anything but the challenges anymore. And the only reason I know when those are on is because of the kind members of this forum. Thanks, everyone!

I agree that it is so frustrating!! I couldn't believe it when they moved Sweet Dreams to 4:00 AM on Fridays!! What a slap in the face to Gale!!!! 
That's what they did to Chef Jacques before they cancelled him. I couldn't stay awake late enough to catch the 4 AM programming, then poof, he was cancelled altogether.
