Hello all, has anyone used the White Chocolate Sugar Cookie recipe on Karenscookies website - it sounds yummy? If so, did you like these and do they hold the shape well? Any info will be most appreciated...I hate trying out new things without recommendations!

I'm sorry I don't have a good answer for you. I have tried her other recipes with great success. This is definitely on my "To try" list. Maybe someone else will be more help. icon_sad.gif

I just made them the other day. The frogs in my photos were made with that dough. It was great to work with. I was worried that it would be sticky but it wasn't at all. I handled it just like NFSC...I rolled it out and then stuck it in the fridge for about 10 minutes. The cookies cut out easily and didn't lose their shape at all, of course, I always leave out the baking powder in any sugar cookie so that may be why I didn't have any spreading. I think you will like them!

Oh and I have been eye-balling that recipe to make myself but I have 2 batches of NFSC in my freezer right now! icon_cry.gif I don't think my husband wants to see another batch of dough until I start baking what I have already. icon_wink.gif Need to sneak it in somehow.... icon_wink.gif

Mawagner: I love the little frog cookies! They are so cute! I will have to try leaving the baking powder out of my recipe and see how that works.
