Creme Bouquet Flavor

Hi All!
I just ordered "CREME BOUQUET FLAVOR". I have heard people saying its good. I am confused now...is it good and how much to use.

I really like it. It is sort of a light citrusy flavor but not specifically lemon or orange, if that makes sense.

I substitute it for the amount of vanilla that the recipe calls for but you can experiment. But we are talking teaspoons - nothing as extreme as 1/4 cup or anything. It is pretty flavorful.
