Ok so I just got done putting together an order form, based off an order form another CC member was kind enough to post in the gallery. Thanks DIANAMARIEMTV for sharing that, its awesome!
I am wanting a little blurb at the bottom of the order for the client to sign off, so as to avoid the well that wasnt what I ordered issues.
So this is what I came up with but I think it needs to be reworded, let me know what you think:
By signing this form, I do hereby attest that the details listed above are in fact the exact specifications I require for my order.
Signature:___________________________ Date:__________________
Shop Representative:__________________ Date:__________________
Sounds good to me 
but I don't own a shop, or use contracts... 
hope someone else is more help...
Ummm what about adding something about .......unless the change is in writing and ____ days prior to completion? That way the customer knows a "change order" can be made but only in the time limit you set and it simply must be in writing and confirmed by you that it was received.

I think it sounds fine.. Do you, or anyone, know of a place here on CC where I could go to find examples of contracts that other decorators use? Thanks
