I am making a hommade lemon cake for a family member. I am going to create a "basket cake with roses" coming out of the top since I have been given complete control over the decoration. My question is this: Does anyone have a good, but simple Lemon Filling recipe that wouldn't mind sharing. I want to torte the cakes and put a lemon filling between each layer. THANKS!!

I have used lemon curd... you can buy it or make it from scratch....
