I have a recipe of Crisco BC, made w/ water, in the fridge that I forgot to freeze. Made it Just about a month ago. Is it still any good?

Should be, not really anything in there to go bad, and its been in the fridge. I would let in come to room temp then taste to make sure it hasn't picked up any refrigerator taste.
