Yesterday I delivered my first wedding cake. My hands were shaking as i stacked it and put the border on. They caterer was there... watching. She said it was lovely, as i expected her to do out of courtesy. But then after the cake was served ( iwas also a guest at wedding) everyone was coming up to me and complimenting me onthe cake.. design and taste. The caterer raved and asked me if i had any business cards and could she throw me some business!! The people that were hosting the wedding at their home may be using me for a dinner party they have coming up. WOW what a boost i got from that. makes the stress of the last few days worth it.
