I made some of these cheesecake stuffed strawberries for my dd and her dh's going away party last nigjht{They are moving to CA next week icon_cry.gif] anyway when I brought them in her MIL looked at them and said"This one is out of place, I will take care of that for you" and ate it, Then said "These are terrible!! I will have to hide them in my room so all of the guests don't have to suffer from them."LOL She is British too so you have to add her accent in there. She absolutley loved them! She told me I should go into the catering business. LOL I also made cupcakes, but brought most of them back home no strawberries though.

Oh Yeah! she got her share of them, my dh only got 1, and that was because I got it for him. They were gone before everything else was. Everyone was amazed at how I did them. They acted like it was magic or something LOL!!

It is already on here I will find the one , But I cheated and used the Kraft ready to use cheesecake filling instead. It is very good when your are rushed for time. But here is how you do it.

I have a corer from Pampered Chef that works great for taking off the end neatly so you can put it back on before you dip it in the chocolate.I use the small end of it.
