Check out www.coutrykitchensa.com
They have a section on cupcakes and this is from their website:
Put Pastry filling in a clear disposable bag which has been fitted with tip long straight tip with a round opening. Pierce top of cupcake with tip point and push 2/3 into the cupcake. Apply pressure to inject the pastry filling or pudding as tip is pulled out of cupcake. Then you basically frost over the hole
happy decorating!
