Check out www.coutrykitchensa.com
They have a section on cupcakes and this is from their website:
Put Pastry filling in a clear disposable bag which has been fitted with tip long straight tip with a round opening. Pierce top of cupcake with tip point and push 2/3 into the cupcake. Apply pressure to inject the pastry filling or pudding as tip is pulled out of cupcake. Then you basically frost over the hole icon_smile.gif happy decorating!

I fill cupcakes with a Bismark tube (tip #230). It looks like this: http://www.countrykitchensa.com/catalog/product.aspx?T=1&productId=1386

Michaels sells the cupcake kit. It has four tips in the box ,all for decorating cupcakes. There's one for filling too. I paid about 7.00 for it.
