Hi,
I'll be taking the 2nd course tonight and I wanted to know what I need to take. Do I need to take cake & some buttercream??

My class doesn't start till October, but I was told to bring a frosted cake. On the sign up sheet it told of all the stuff to bring also.

If you look in the course two book it will have each lesson outlined, usually you will start with the first lesson, maybe also second. Depends on the instructor. The lesson will tell you what you need as far as icing, tips ect. and I am sure you will need a cake. Try calling the instructor and finding out what you need.

ps. I took frosted cake and had all my bc mixed and colored in bags with tips needed so could spend more time working on flowers cause I was so bad!!! My husband did really well in that class.
