Help!
I need an idea for a senior center party. The theme is Dolphins, which is the name of her grandmothers swim group. So i would need something with dolphins and swimming or swimming pool. It would be easy enough to do one or the other, but combined, I'm a little stumped. Can any one help?

well, I don't know how good you are at doing figure modeling but....

if you took the Disney approach -- very anthropomorphic --

you'd have pool.

some dolphins in it: some swimming, some on pool floats, maybe one or two playing w/ a ball, trying to squirt each other.

a dolphin lifeguard

some dolphins lounging on sun chairs.
----
basically a normal pool scene -- except instead of human adults and children -- everyone's a dolphin.

You might want to do a plain cake covered in fondant that you can paint on... would be easier than a shaped dolphin...

I like the idea of the dolphin figures. Sooo much easier than having to make people. Love it love it love it. Thanks Doug.
