Is there a right side and a wrong side to parchement paper? I've noticed a kind of a shine to one side and wondered? Right side? Wrong side? I use it for baking cookies and rolling out dough. Thanks for your help thumbs_up.gif

Hi there,
I use it often...haven't noticed a difference in general baking. maybe the shiny side is more non-stick than the other side. But, it all seems non-stick to me! Interesting to see if anyone really knows the answer!

I've wondered that myself. With the Wilton brand, it really doesn't matter IMO. I've used both sides and it worked fine either way.
