Hi Everyone! I was just wondering if anyone has any tips or suggestions on using a Cream Cheese Icing instead of Buttercream for a transfer. I'm decorating a Carrot Cake for a Graduation, and I could sure use your help on this. Thank you all! icon_smile.gif

that sounds like quite the idea.... I cannot see why it wouldnt work...every cream cheese icing I have had doesnt crust very well, but does freeze wonderfully....SO I imagine its a wonderful idea. Carrot cake sounds so wonderful right now.... try it on a practice cake???? couldnt hurt....I am sure it will be fine

I would think that it would work no problem as you want your icing soft any ways when doing a BCT so cream cheese should be just fine.
